Our team is available to guide you on what’s recommended based on your age, lifestyle, and destination. Stay protected and up to date with quick and reliable vaccination services.

Shingles Vaccine

This vaccine helps protect against shingles, a painful skin rash caused by the same virus as chickenpox. It is especially important for older adults as the risk of shingles increases with age. Getting vaccinated can lower the chance of long-term nerve pain.

RSV (Respiratory Syncytial Virus) Vaccine

RSV can lead to serious breathing problems, especially in older adults and those with health concerns. The vaccine helps reduce the risk of lung infections and hospital visits. It is a helpful step to stay protected during colder months.

Pneumonia (Pneumococcal) Vaccine

This vaccine lowers your chances of getting pneumonia, a lung infection that can become serious. It is often recommended for seniors or those with certain long-term conditions. Staying up to date can help prevent complications.

HPV (Human Papillomavirus) Vaccine

The HPV vaccine protects against common viruses linked to cervical and other cancers. It is most effective when given before exposure, typically in adolescence. However, adults can also benefit if they have not been vaccinated.

Hepatitis A and/or B Vaccine

These vaccines guard against viruses that affect the liver and can spread through food, water, or contact with infected blood. They are often recommended for travellers or those with certain lifestyle risks. Protection helps avoid long-term liver problems.

Tetanus Vaccine

The tetanus vaccine shields against a serious bacterial infection often caused by cuts or wounds. It is important to keep this up to date, usually with a booster every 10 years. Tetanus can be life-threatening if left untreated.

Meningitis (Meningococcal) Vaccine

This vaccine protects against a fast-moving infection that affects the brain and spinal cord. It is often given to teenagers and young adults, especially in group living settings. Vaccination can help reduce outbreaks and serious illness.

Medications/Drugs

Travel or certain conditions might require preventive or support medications, like those for altitude sickness, traveller's diarrhea, or allergies. It is a good idea to carry these with you if you need them. Planning helps avoid delays in treatment.

Measles (MMR) Vaccine

The MMR vaccine protects against measles, mumps, and rubella which are highly contagious diseases. Most people get this as a child but some adults may need a booster. Staying protected helps stop the spread in the community.

Other Vaccines

Depending on your age, travel plans, or medical background, other vaccines might be recommended. These can include options like chickenpox, flu, or yellow fever. It is best to check which ones are suitable before any travel or seasonal changes.
